Well, I'm back again after a bit of a break. I have focused on my mental wellbeing in my time off, but that didn't do many favors for my waistline,b ut now I'm in a much better place with food and appetite and ready to see these pounds fly off!

I gave myself a cheat day last Tuesday and I basically ended up pigging out every day since :/ so I'm restarting Weight Watchers today, even though I already blew through ALL my weekly points already, ugh
