Insanity- calories burned
How do I know how many calories to put down that I burn doing my Insanity workouts? I don't think there is an option that covers such an intense workout.

Calories Burned Taking Care of 11 month old boy.
I would also like to be able to add that to my tracker. Not to cheat and eat more food, my boot camp instructor has a set # of calories that I am eating a day now anyways. But I would like to see a more exact number so I can see progress inbetween my weigh-ins.
