Calories for child care-grandchildren
I place caring for young children as "housework" activity on my activity log. Having two little ones at home I just lump together a few hours as housework. At the website fitwatch.com it has playing with children, light same as housework for me. Hope that helps! Congrats on the grandbaby!!
