Today was hard!!! I'm getting faster running up the steps in-between the bleachers... but Angel saw me, so that means next week, I'm going to be going all the way up. I can already tell she's going to be harder on me. It's OK. I'm stronger now.

My favorite thing to do after working out is to go grocery shopping. I don't go grocery shopping when I'm hungry; I go when I've just worked out and have endorphins coursing through my body, and that's why when I get home, Pat gets mad because I've got tofu, vegetables and fish instead of her bacon and pupusas. You have to feel empowered when you're grocery shopping. You make better choices when you think of what you're going to eat because you're going to think, I JUST SUFFERED AND SWEATED FOR AN HOUR -- I CAN'T BE EATING JUNK. :)

By summer, I keep telling myself, I'm going to be stronger and faster. I'm getting there... slowly but steadily.

I've been really conscious about drinking a gallon of water per day, so I bought individual gallons and just refill them at places like Wal-Mart. It has saved me so much money because instead of drinking bottle after bottle, then buying so many cases of bottled water, I just refill the gallons. It's good for the pocket, and good for the environment! Score!

Two of my co-teachers have also started to do the same thing since I told them how cheap it was. :)

I need to drink my Spark today because when I didn't drink it yesterday, I truly felt like crap. I kept falling asleep during our department meeting, which Lorry used to laugh at. Angeletti kept poking my side to wake me up though, because Mr. Currier was reading something really important and totally boring. His soft-spoken reading of what they're looking for in the classroom when they come in put me right to sleep.

Ugh. Why can't they just leave teachers alooooooonnnnneee. OMG. It's too much.
