I have really put my foot down this time and determined to take off the weight. Recently joined gym and starting to change eating habits. This is the most I have weighed my entire life. I went from having a active job to sitting behind a desk, quite smoking and slowed down on my running around. Boom before I knew it I had put on 50lbs. Easy to do not so easy to get off. I am 53 and have bad history of diabetes in our family. TODAY IS THE DAY TO START LOSING THE WEIGHT!
