I am a mom of 3, a wife to a loving husband. I started my weightless journey in 10/2016 when I literally would cry because I hated the way I looked. That was my big time for a change. I started in slow steps. I stopped drinking energy drinks and I then increased my water intake. Finally changed my diet to low carb eating. I was slowly getting results but I still wasn't happy. I was drained and just tired all the time. finally in May of 2017 I found my herbalife coach. This is where my journey really began. It has been amazing.
