OK guys this is getting to be a pain in my butt! More weight gain!
I am going through the same problem- I've been steadily gaining weight with a calorie deficit every day. At first it didn't make any sense and was frustrating until I started taking measurements of my thighs, biceps, belly, waist and chest. While I am fifteen pounds heavier, My waist is down three and a half inches, my belly down four, my biceps thighs and chest are bigger. So, weight has become an afterthought to my health and measurements are what I go by now. Does that help you any?
