Mom of two that has been on the diet yoyo for 28 years. I am a stress and emotional eater and have a carb addiction as well. I have recently gone through two of the hardest years of my life and have lost and gained 25 lbs in that time. The time is NOW!! I want to feel young and sexy again!!!
