Hi
this is my first post, so please bare with me.
I've been on this diet for 3 weeks. I eat steamed fish and vegetables, chicken and steamed vegetables. My calorie intake is aversge 1100 a day. I go to the gym 4 times a week where I jog for 20 mins and then go and do resistance exercises for legs, arms and stomach for 30 mins. I drink 2.5 to 3 litres of water every day. And this week I've gained 2 llb s!!!! Can anyone explain why?
