I'm a mom, who home teaches my daughter, (yes, I homeschool)
I run a home business,
This means I'm probably alot like you....busy, busy, busy! Because of this, I have not always made the wisest choice in eat/working out. I'm here trying to change that. I have alway been on the thick side and was raise on southern foods. I am trying to teach my duaghter the joy of eating health. I will post the fun recipes that we enjoy. As well as the one's my husband and I enjoy. My husband slow to change so it's not away easy. Life aways fulled with challeges regardless of what it is.
