Had a decent workout hit it fast and hard
4 sets of 10 on bp :275, 315, 315, 315,
one neg set of 3 at 405 ( not a good spotter and basically lifted and did negs!)
3 set of db incline for ten: 90, 100, 100 super set db incline flyes for 12 reps at 30lbs.
cable crossovers 3 sets of 12 @ 30lbs
Skull crushes 3x12 @ 115
rope tri pd tripple set of 12 @ 50lbs
chair dips 1 set @ 50, 1 set @ 30, and 1 set of 20
Ran jussari run 30 min hr avg 148
over all felt good!

ok so I have been playing with my weight for the last month and today I feel I am ready to get serious. I would like to see 3 lbs per week weight loss and have restricted my calories and upped my activity level to accomplish this. Lets do it!
