I am 36 year old mother of 4. I'm 5'4" and currently weight 212 lbs. I have tried nearly every diet known to man and spent tons of money, and no results, zero. So I have decided to try something different. I started my journey 2 weeks ago with that insane military diet. Yeah 3 days of practically starving myself was not happening, so I did 2. I lost 4 lbs and that gave me my jumpstart. Since then, I have been counting calories and adding more protein and fewer carbs to my diet, only drinking water(right at a gallon/day), no sweets, 2 protein shakes per day, and working out everyday in the evening. So far I have kept the 4 lbs off and dropped 1 more. I am determined to be a healthier me. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I am new to this website, so if you have any tips or tricks on finding secrets, let me know. Thanks!
