peanut butter nutty buddy
Well, I don't love peanutbutter because it's dificult to find in my country, but i LOVE peanuts. One of the things that I stop eating. I used to seat in front of the TV seeing FOX series eating peanuts. I was getting REALLY FAT.

Hi Korakdot, you don't need 8h sleep each day, that depends person to person. There are many teories about this subject. If you exercise it's convinient to rest, that does not imply that you most sleep.
There are persons that only needs 4h of sleep.
