I'm 26 and I have Lupus. I've been on medication for about 4 years or so, but recently been taken off of them (about 2 months). Up until Thanksgiving, I was a size 13/14 and 201 lbs. Since then, I've gained weight and my energy level is rather sluggish.

I made a promise to myself to do what I can to better myself and fit back into those jeans I tried to squeeze into the other day *lol* it was pretty much a test and I failed but I'm willing to get back into the game and at the very least get back to where I was before the holidays. Eventually I'll work my way to being even better than before.
