i need more protein!!
In order for me to get enough protein in my diet, which at the moment is about 1.2g per kg of body weight, i eat lots of lean meat; chicken, turkey, venison, shrimp, salmon, beans, and egg whites. Those are all good sources of protein while being very low in fat. Regular burger and red meat are full of protein as well, but it's not as lean as the above mentioned foods.
