I started thinking I should be healthier since I've gone to university and living basically on my own. Before I moved out of my dads place, most of our dinners ended up being fast food or fattening food. Now I have control over what I eat. I have stopped drinking recently also and I'm starting to keep up with my homework.
I have a habit of eating a lot but I've learned to control myself by asking myself if I'm really hungry or just bored. My boyfriend is encouraging me too, not that he wants me to be skinny or anything but to be healthier. As of now I am considered overweight and I'm going to change that. I am exercising more and eating the right things and drinking mostly water throughout my day.
I am off to a good start. Lets hope it stays that way.
