For adults, an ideal BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. A person with a BMI over 24.9 is considered overweight, and a person with a BMI under 18.5 is considered underweight. Statistically, if you lose 3 more pounds to be at 107 at 5ft4in your BMI will be 18.36 which is officially underweight. Measure your waist - if it is less than half your height you're all right. Have you gone for a physical lately? Are you anemic? How's your blood pressure? You should NOT be tired all the time if you eat right, sleep enough and exercise 3-5 times per week. You also are describing the symptoms of starvation. When your body is starving is stops losing weight as a method of survival (which may be why you haven't lost weight for a while). Stop obsessing about your weight, you've reached your goal - put your head in a better place, you're entitled now to live, love and pursue happiness.
