I have always battled weight even 1600 calories a day will only maintain my current weight. I have to eat less to loose and I exercise regularly. I'm a retired aerobics instructor I taught for 20 years that helped to keep my weight down but not as much as I would like. I developed high blood pressure a few years ago and I would like to improve that I hate taking medication.
