I worked on the a river boat for years. living on a river boat, you are provided three to four great meals a day. I started in 1988 and retired in 2013. when I started on the boat I weighted 165lbs. when I retired I weighed 317 lbs. I have lost down to 267lbs by doing yard work for myself and a few widow women. I am going to follow a diet called the drill Sargent's diet. It is a little E-book from amazon. It is a funny read but it really makes sense. Basically you can eat anything you want as long as you have enough activity to burn of more calories than you eat. my goal is to get down to 165lbs again. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
