I'm married 30 years, and have 3 children, Chris 29, Dan 26, and Stephanie 19 and 3 granddaughters, Tiffany is 11, Taryn is 7, and Riley is 6 months old.
I'm an application analyst at St Mary's Hospital here. We're implimenting a new computer system come Aug 1, 2012 and work is STRESSFUL. I'm an empotional eater, so this is tough. But ideal protein is working, so I'm thankful.
I weighed 163 for years and then in menopause I guess I gained 30 more - UGH, I was at my limit because nothing fit. I did Atkins and lost a couple but not very darn fast, so I tried Ideal Protein. Whew, it works.
So I should be thrilled with my weight loss, but now I'm back to where I didn't want to be before lol (and groan). I AM happy to be back in my own clothes that fit, but it's not my goal - so onward.

Big Time Plateau
Talk to your coach, maybe switch it up - one day have a couple hard-boiled eggs for breakfast instead of the drink, and have a chicken salad for lunch and your regular dinner, then the next day the drinks, and your body won't know when it will get the extra calories and when not? Been working for me.

Day 2 and feeling focused
I have used this diet before and I don't think it's as low calorie as they say - basically there is no limit to how much you can eat. So when I have fruit for my snack, I have as much as I want. When I have steak and vegetables for dinner, I have a great thick steak and sometimes even butter on my vegetables. Grilled cheese sandwich for lunch - NOT low cal. I did really good on this back then, so I'm hoping to stick to it again. (I gained a ton quitting smoking) But it's the one I can make a family dinner and everyone likes hamburgers or steak or chicken and I'm not making mutliple dinners just because I'm on a diet.
