Your body pulls from fat stores all over, regardless of where the most is stored at. Your hands, feet, and face will slim out more noticeably before really losing a significant amount from your waist.

drinking water strategy

I agree with you totally, drinking plenty of Water helps you lose weight in several ways. Drinking water at regular interval can help alleviate bloating. You shouldn't wait until you're feeling thirsty to drink water. Many times thirst can be mistaken as a hunger, causing you to overeat.

advice needed
I prefer to try different set of workouts like swimming, running, martial arts , aerobics etc.Keep short goals at beginning. Reward yourself after achieving your goal.Find out reasons you fail to achieve your goals.You can join any aerobics or martial art camp for weight loss
