Jump Start Your Day-Early AM Cardio
I do this 5 days a week and it has worked wonders. Believe it or not... I'm at the point now where my body "desires" getting up early and running. There is also no better feeling than being up at 05:00 on a Sunday when NO ONE else is up. The sun is just starting to come up and it's so peaceful... I love it!
