I think I've been overdoing it with the fruit. Thus, my goal will be no more than one, two pieces max, fresh fruit per day. Only trouble is, I'm not exactly sure what I should substitute all the fruit with. Meat? cheese? veggies? carbs? I also think I should order a blood type test kit.
