I'm just looking for a sustainable way to live that doesn't include high cholesterol, future heart problems or out-of-shape-ness, but does include reasonable exercise, reasonable eating and drinking (woohoo!), and reasonable weight. I really don't have a deadline I need to meet. I just want to change the way I live from day to day.
