i am 33yo,im from israel and i work at the front desk of a hotel.

been active since i can remember,but in the recent years i have neglected myself.
last year i started playing american football (on a amateur level but still with all the gear and in a proper league) here in israel,and i started getting back to shape,but 4 months ago a broken the Pibul bone in my calve and that set me back a whole lot (went back to my starting weight per-football and lost alot of stamina and endurance).
so now im taking it serious,logging in all the foods and exercises,and looking forward to the new football season (26/4/10).

anything else about me....go ahead and ask ! im very open and honest.

i disagree about the protein bars,most of the bars contain alot of cals and carbs and a good amount of fat too...protein powder is great,but i think keeping yourself fully hydrate all day and exercise thats the key elements to a good weight lose (provided that you stick to the good foods too)
