I have never had an issue with weight & it is not really an issue now. But I need to be more active and start eating better before it becomes one. I have put on a little weight and lost some activity due to back problems which have halted my running.
That's the basic issue, find a new way to stay fit without running or injuring my back more. So diet and mild to moderate low impact exercise is my next step.
