Hello everyone! My name is Isela Sanchez I am happily married to a wonderful man, been married for 8 years! we have two children together a girl 7 years old and a boy 18 months. I was at a weight of 160 my highest I've ever been so I started dieting and exercise on the regular and made it to 130 that's where I've hit my plateau. I cant seem to lose more then that at all!! So I'm trying this in hopes of keeping my calorie intake on track also working on transitioning over to Keto life style :)
