Help me design my weekly fitness routine
So right now I've been doing intense cardio kickboxing on Tuesday and Thursday that also includes a lot of strength training during the class through lunges, squats, ab exercises, and just generally punching the bag with gloves on.

My question is... what do I do for the rest of the week and when do I do it? I'd like going on the stationary bike and there is also a full free weight and machine weight area at the gym (I prefer the machines). However, I did try weight training one Monday and found it made me a bit tired for my workout on Tuesday....

Suggestions?
