Hi, I am a 49 year old female, wanting to loose 14lbs for health, fitness and to look better. I am following a 1500 cal diet, most days choosing healthy options, but occasionally allowing a treat, but counting that treat into my daily calorie intake. I am happy to loose 1 to 2 lbs a week. Hopefully will reach my target within 3 months time. No magic pills, just willpower and the will to succeed.
