I am 46, I have been married for 9 years. I have a 16 yr old son. And I love cats! I have five of them. I would love to get down to 170 lbs. My family seems to be able to eat anything, and they never gain weight. grrrrrrrrr anyway no more excuses.

thank you! I am having troubles raising my calories without raising my carb intake. The last time I sucessfully lost weight I went by amt of carbs only and didnt go over 60 a day.

I have been reading posts about calorie intake and staying a little under your RDI. But I seem to stay way below my RDI every day. Is this a bad thing?

How many more calories do you have to burn then you eat to loose weight? I seem to be loosing at such a slow rate.
