My name is Amy, I am a 29 year old female trying to get my weight under control and be able to keep up with my son by this summer! I have hovered around 200 lbs and yo yo'd up and down since my first child was born ten years ago, my lowest weight since then was 180 and highest was 233, did very well on herbalife (that was how I got to 180)but just can't afford it anymore. I have always been active, sporty, and bubbly but with this weight on me it is taking a toll on my body and making it hard to do anything physical for any extended time period.
Hoping by tracking my actual activities it will keep me aware of what works for my body and what doesn't so that I can make a positive whole life change not just forever diet!
