Jumping Time Zones
I'm in Guam right now, but I'll soon be leaving for Hawaii. How would I track what I eat because I'll be sort of restarting my friday [I leave late afternoon here, eat plane food for dinner for friday and then breakfast for my "second" friday...I arrive early afternoon on a friday in Hawaii] when I arrive in Hawaii b/c of the time difference? I'm so confused!
Please help!
