Thanks for the reply. Maybe we can motivate each other somewhat. I'm thinking now that the weather is getting a little warmer, I'll be able to at least walk some for exercise. Also, I'm trying to do the portion control. I know I don't have enough will-power to do one of those diets where you have to give up bread or other certain foods. I will give them up some but if I want a sandwich every 10 days or so, I'm gonna have it! Or pasta or pizza or oh well, you name it. I just won't eat as much or as often!

Hello,
I'm new to this so I have no idea how it really works. I don't have a lot to lose but as they say it's the last 10-15 lbs. that are the hardest! I need the motivation to get out there and exercise and I think I can do it!
