I didn't think I could do it!!!!!
I walk everyday but on Saturday night, I walked at a speed of 3.3 for 1 hour. I burned 421 calories, 132 fat calories and walked 3.2 miles in distance. I pushed myself and truly enjoyed the walk but I'm not sure I will have that kind of energy daily. Is it ok to break up the treadmill time and still benefit from it? I also walk at work. Thx
