HELLO ALL.....I'M 28 YEARS OLD AND TIRED OF BEING OVER WEIGHT. I HAVE BATTLED WITH AN EATING DISORDER (BINGE EATING)ALL MY LIFE AND FINALLY DECIDED I WAS READY TO DEAL WITH IT ABOUT FOUR YEARS AGO. I HAVE DONE THE THERAPY THING AND ALL THAT GOOD STUFF AND NOW I'M READY TO WORK ON MY WEIGHT AND BECOMING A HEALTHY INDIVIDUAL. WE WILL SEE HOW THIS ALL GOES FOR ME.
