eat lots of protein
i eat plenty of proteins to manage my hunger. i also exercice 3 times per week. i noticed that in the end, its all about calories in and calories consumed. make sure you dont take in more calories than consumed. as well, dont assume your portions, you would be surprised how we underestimate our calories eaten and how we overestimate the calories burned. terrible recipe for failure. measure your progress with a calorie budget.

food diary
i havea habit of planning and entering my food for the day in the morning, this way, it helps me managemy calorie intake. my execices are however only entered when done. this works for me and my conscious.

stay positive
diets aren't easy and very tricky. ultimatly, its about the math; eat less calories than you burn. dont deprive yourself, spoil or cheat 1 per week.
