I am a 48yr old registered nurse employed by a major insurance company. I work at home. I have a horse that I trail ride, usually several days a week but with hunting season and the short days, will be down to once or twice a week now. I have a treadmill and Total Gym set up in my basement, along with a DVD player and several workouts on DVD. I need to get another dog so I feel safe getting out to walk on the trails near my home.
