Hello
I have been working out for four weeks, but I've only found this Apps on my phone two week ago.
So I have only been recording my progress for the two weeks since I found this app.
at present i am making good progress to reach my goal.
My workout resume is varied because of my work
At present I am doing insanity workout by Beach Body which is hard I'm now just finished my fourth week and I have another Five weeks to go.
As for my food/diet I'm just trying to a healthier logging my food intake on my app.
Just eating more salads and cutting out all unhealthy foods are as much as I can.
This is just my first entry, but first of many.
