Also if you love Turbo and want great results, a real but kicker from the maker of Turbo-Jam.. try Chalean Extreme..It worked for me..

The Firm Wave Anyone?
The Firm is ok.. But I got rather bored with it.. the girls are always pretty robotic.. I can recommend some for you.. As a stay at home mom who cannot get to the gym, I have tried my share of DVD's!(Billy Blanks, THe Firm, etc..)

But I never saw the results I was looking for, even with the eating plans..

My absolute favorite to burn calories is Turbo-Jam.. She is motivating and not ANNOYING>>
But I got the best results with her new program ChaLean Extreme.. (similar to P90X, but way more fun).. She will make you work..
But if you want results you must sweat!!! I started at 207 and am now 155, 10lbs to my goal..

I am going to take a break from ChaLean Extreme and try Sean T's Insanity.. Just to change it up.. Another Butt-kicker..

Power 90 work out
Don't be afraid.. You will surprise yourself... You gotta workout to get results.. P90x is great
Also try from Beachbody.. ChaLean Extreme.. Similar to P90X.
