Practice to eat in moderation. This means you must count your calorie intake, measure portions, learn about your nutritional needs and plan healthy meals plus exercise. When it comes to exercise, you must choose an exercise that you like or that connects with who you are. Example, you like to dance, you can try zumba as a way of exercise. If you're a sporty gal, you can try swimming or running or even hiking. As long as you're having fun, you will eventually stick to it in the long run.

Wow! Interesting. Good luck on your journey. If you're on a diet, just don't forbid yourself to eat those foods that you like eating most. It is good to have a cheat day once in awhile as long as you can exercise it off. If you are going to have a snack outside of your diet, be sure to check the calories consumed to help determine how much you need to work off later!

Very well said. I agree.

Just always remember, in order to lose weight or lose body fat, you must use more calories than you eat by controlling your food intake and/or increasing your exercise routine.

It will also help if you monitor/track what you eat. Good luck!

I always do this whenever I have avocado at home. I love it! You can also try condensed milk instead of milk and sugar. It is yummier! Drooling now. LOL!

Water Intake
To stay healthy, it's important to replace the fluid we lose when we breathe, sweat or urinate.

The amount a person needs to drink to avoid getting deyhdrated will vary depending on a range of factors, including their size, the temperature and how active they are. However, as a guide, the Department of Health recommends that we should drink about 1.2 litres of fluid every day. This works out to be about six 200ml or eight 150ml glasses.
