I am 27 years old living in KY. I work in law enforcement and I started my current job at around 160 pounds in Dec 2005. I now weigh over 200 which is due to my lack of motivation to exercise and my love of foods such as pizza and chocolate. It also doesn't help that we eat out ALL the time at our office. Anyways, I have been the bigger girl my entire life, but this is the largest I have ever been. I really want to be able to lose the weight that I have gained since I have been here (plus 10 lbs). I want to feel cute and beautiful again. Ironically, I moved in with my personal trainer at the end of August and have not worked out since. So, with her help and the challenge motivations, I plan to start working out again, start eating better, and get back into fighting shape! Time begins November 1, 2008 and counting down. I expect to be able to do it within one year...

Almond's Healthy Fats May Help You Lose Weight
I LOVE almonds. I eat 15 of them a day... normally for breakfast when I am driving to work (cause I am running late). Then I crave them later in the day too as a snack, but unfortunately, I've already eaten my daily amount. They are supposed to lower your cholesteral too. Like you said, don't worry about the fat content.
