I have always had some kind of weight problem all my life. Going up and down like a yo yo. When i got to be in my fifty's I started slowing down with my activty. I have always been a real active person untill I had back surgery and a bad hip. I also retired from nursing as a RN.So being home and being unactive and eating fatty foods put me over the scale. I just need help to get some motorvation and get on track and lose some of this weight.My doctor want's me to do it slow and healthy. She put me on a 1500 calorie diet and lots of low fat food and fruits and veggies and fish and chicken. I like the diet its really good. I am not going to start untill the new year To start a new.I can use all the help I can get. So feel free to comment:)
