I'm 19 and mother of one adorable baby girl :) i'm home most of the day and trying very hard to get to my pre-pregnancy weight. Any support or tips are gladly welcomed! I'm on a 1100-1300 cal/day diet and excercise 6 days/wk. I don't eat white breads, i eat organic most of the time, and don't eat much meat. I prefer going vegetarian most of the time :)

i'm looking for ppl who are willing to motivate and keep me on track (i'm ok if you get mean about it lol) i just really need support..my family is big on eating whatever, whenever and i'm constantly picked on by my in-laws bc i'm organic and as sugar free as possible..so i guess what i'm trying to say is, its alot easier to quit than stay focused. butttt- (this is the part that makes me smile) since Nov i've lost a total of 22 lbs (baby weight) and have 25 more to go. Very Happy

don't feel bsd, i've been feeling the same way.. Sad what i keep telling myself is "it really is making a difference bc i have more energy and am happier" so i try not to focus too hard on it
