It is as I expected, caloric intake is good, but I need to find a way to get the protein higher and the carbs lower. I am going to use Luna bars and Balance bars this week to see if it works better.

I am doing pretty good with the food. I was realy hungry last night after dinner, which was not surprising because my protein intake was so low that it didn't register as a percentage in my RDI. Today, I am cheating at lunch, but I plan to eat a lot of protein at the Chinese buffet. Otherwise I am on track.

Well, the food part of starting to lose weight was surprisingly easy this week; I have really enjoyed the food that we have had this week. I need to work on the exercise a little more though.
