Joined this site a couple years ago and didnt stick with it. I've gone to WW for a year and didnt follow the plan. I turn 60 soon and I want to have this excess weight off or at least a good portion off before then. Im good with counting points but if im correct, will be counting calories instead since I cannot do points.
I like exercising but I dont make time for it,I like walking, yoga, pilates, and would like to try zumba but wonder about my balance at almost 60 .
I love playing with my grandchildren, hanging out with friends and my 3 furry babies. and I enjoy my work in the Florist Industry.
Would love buddys to encourage, get encouragement and walk on this journey with.
