New Express Plan
I am in WV. I do not do the lites or the supplements either. I was having the same problem with the express and I am now on 3 and they had me on 4 but I just ate all day and still did not get the food in. I was never hungry and still had to eat more. 5 starches is a whole lot, 4 veg and fruit, 3 1/2 pro,3 dairy, 2 fat! I had gained but I like the 3 much better but I still feel restricted. There is a whole lot more food but just not much variation or choices.
I really am missing beef (and baked potatoes)so I may do a TO just so I can have the beef.

New Express Plan
How are you ladies doing on the new express plan?
I feel very restricted. Even though it is more food, the food you can select from are very few. I am on week 2 of this plan and they just reduced my plan because I was gaining on the plan they gave me.
My center is very new and has only been open for 3 months. They seem very unorganized and seem to change my plan every other week. Anyone else feeling this way?

is my sister -in law being truthful or is she a HATER
When I started LAWL the center was out of everything including the TO juice. The plan they had me follow was exactly as described above but I ate 1/2 a cantaloupe those 2 days instead of oranges. They said this is the plan they put anyone who is hypoglycemic on. I know this post has been up a while but I hope it helps.
