I'm 38, married with 2 teenagers and we live in England. I work fulltime for a highstreet bank.
I've always been overweight, apart from when I slimmed down to be married but that weight soon came back! I have a very under used gym membership and want to start using it to go swimming but just don't have the confidence to put my body in a swimsuit.
I want to be 'fit and forty' not 'fat and forty'.
My goal is to have a BMI of 22.
