Hi guys! I have been halfheartedly doing WW for a few years now, but am back on track. DH and I are trying to get pregnant, and I really need to get back on track.

I use granulated splenda, and know that the anticlumping agents make up the carbs. What about liquid sweetners? Do they have carbs?

I entered unsweetened iced tea into my tracker, and it came up 1.52 carbs. CARBS IN ICED TEA!! Can this be accurate. It is just water and teabag.
