During the month os December I gained 10#! I enjoyed every piece of candy, cake and brownies that came my way. I weighed in at 160#, I'm 5'2".

In January I decided to take control of my body and my weight issues. I followed Weight Watchers for 3 months and lost a steady 0.5 pound per week. Then I decided to join LA Weight Loss. As of today I am down 20 pounds and have only 3 more to go.

I walk everyday and love the LA Lites, they keep me away for sweets.
