Dont Starve to Lose Weight
I proved you dont have to starve to lose weight, it just take discipline in eating properly in propper quantities and active excercise at least 3 times daily. every day excecise may burn you out and make you feel tired and lazy, however if you feel you have the energy to do it, it will be a plus.

Cooking Tofu
I Moved my weight from 195lbs to 158.40Lbe between August 2008 and April 2010. i want to maintain a healthy weight of 155 to 157lbs which is the propper weight zone for me. I also need to reduce my Cholesteral level which is a little high and lowaer blood sugar which is on border line. I indend to gradually and eventually become a vegetarian and as such has been structuring my diet in that regards. I would like to cook tofu for dinner tomarrow, but i have never cooked it before, any good recipe would be helpful.
I acheived my weight loss by strict portion controll eating and active excersise at leats 3 times weekly. I certainly can tell you how
